LA REALITE QUI SE MEURT par Joseph Nestor Ouamba-Patas

 "Mr Omar Bongo Odimba is President of Gabon. He had contributed to oust by coup the legal leader of Central African Republic. As he gives support to Bozize, it is right, he participates in the organisation of National Inclusive Dialogue on this country which faces crises. Then it is appropriate that Mr Omar Bongo Odimba sets this dialogue in Libreville capital of its country. He must bring peace in Central African Republic. If not, its credibility will be tarnished among democrats, those believe in pluralism politics in Economic and Monetary Community of Central African States." 

Central African Republic is worth to deserve democracy which could be defined not only by pluralism politics but also by the fact to hate lying on realities of tremendous events and issues plunging her in doom and gloom. Truth is required for progress in all scope of activities. Politicians are submitted to this principle if they wish the good of this country. They should be responsible of their action and choice. To tell true they act according to their own free agency by doing the good or the evil. Yet, they have done so worse in Central African Republic that reality is dying every day, each day and every time, putting citizens in scarcity of despair, anger then uncertainty.

Bozize is a qualified liar. When he brings conflicts and clashes, murders and assassinations, frauds and corruption, violation of Human Rights and civil Laws, confusion and contradiction  on the country ; he thinks tell truth to citizens or to International Community, Regional  Community on Central African Republic : no he lies. He comes to the Power of State by coup; only this fact justifies its inclination to lie. Its principle of democracy is not suitable to pluralism politics which considers pluralism of ideas as the base of democracy. That explains clearly the reason why reality in Central African Republic is dying reinforcing dictatorship and oppression. Lying could not yield growth, sustained economy, development, technology or innovation the tool of competition.

Lying could not enhance democracy in the institutions of State. Lying embroils the country in insecurity, fear, violence and nepotism. Sure, it is a case of Central African Republic where the notion of good life, right institution and vertue is ignored by Bozize regime. What is to be done? Frankly, from the lying to pluralism politics, Central African Republic should ponder for the latter which means "persuasion", "meeting room" or the sacred need to collapse Bozizé regime. As Bozize regime opposes to dialogue, fails in its political agenda and now in torment of its lying. Evidence is that dialogue could be taken place but for nothing.

Bozize and its government are reached the crucial point of dictatorship that it will be difficult or impossible for them to accept the pluralism politics. What is missing to this government is the culture of the pluralism values. Citizens realise that and now turn away because of lying. They are tired to hear more lying about their country. At this stage reality is dying ; Central African Republic is condemned to be in leeway. Bozize is not well-indicated to shore this country to the values of pluralism politics. He is to be turned down. for the Common Good of the country.

La vérité, ici. La réalité, là. Le mensonge, très loin. Personne ne pense au mensonge. Tout exige la transparence, synonyme de la réalité et amie de la vérité. Le philosophe le sait. Alors la cité grecque antique,  le paradigme du politique et de la politique est l'exemple à citer à plus d'un titre. La vérité, ce qui est bon, juste, de haute valeur c'est-à-dire de la  plus grande valeur. La vérité est la vertu des systèmes de pensée. Parmi ces systèmes, il y a la politique. Et le politicien use de la vérité pour asseoir ce qu'est projet politique, son agenda de société. Ce, au travers la démocratie traduction du pluralisme politique ou pluralisme des idées et des valeurs.  

Et la Centrafrique mérite cette démocratie, mais à la seule condition que ce pluralisme des idées et des valeurs démocratiques inonde le gratin politique. Il n'en est pas le cas ; l'incertitude, l'insécurité, la violence, les meurtres, les assassinats, la méprise des Droits de l'Homme, la dictature écartent la Centrafrique de ce pluralisme des idées. La conséquence immédiate : " la réalité se meurt".  Le régime Bozizé entretient les conflits, le népotisme les fraudes, la corruption et la confusion dans l'esprit des citoyens qui d'ailleurs sont fatigués et le dégoûtent. Le mensonge le caractérise.

C'est pourquoi, le changement longtemps proclamé par Bozizé n'a pas encore été opéré. Aucun citoyen n'a pas encore goûté au produit de son changement. à l'exception des membres de son groupe.Trop de mensonge. Le  mensonge institutionnalisé. Le progrès, la technologie, la croissance économique et l'innovation ne peuvent pas se réaliser dans le mensonge. Celui-ci tue le progrès. Mais, Bozizé ne jouit pas de culture de la vérité organisée autour du pluralisme politique. 

Ainsi, "la réalité se meurt"  et la Centrafrique est dans la dérive. Le Dialogue Inclusif National ne peut pas être utile à la Centrafrique si le régime Bozizé rejette toute valeur du pluralisme démocratique. La meilleure solution se trouve dans la persuasion, le meeting-room; mais c'est illusoire avec le régime Bozizé. Il faut le déposer par tout moyen. Bozizé et son régime ne constituent un terreau pour le dialogue. Cela dit, le pluralisme politique et ses valeurs sont en conflit avec Bozizé. Que la démocratie l'emporte sur l'ignorance.
