 "For those who believe in peace, security, stability through freedom of Central African Republic, they must stimulate the political establishment to talk. This country needs this talk, a real talk a substantial one. Of course, the National Inclusive Dialogue should be taken place abroad in order to avoid failure resulting from Bozize regime misbehaviour. For that, Libreville, Gabon's capital is well indicated to welcome this forum. Even if Mr Omar Bongo Odimba Had sustained the coup which toppled the legal president of Central African Republic."  

Central African Republic can be a surprise for those who interest themsleves into. It can be a curiosity for those thinking about its policy and economy. United Nations Organisation through its representatives is established. Many organisations are operated in this country to set peace and security. Multinational Forces of  Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (Fomuc in french) ; transformed to Mission of Peacebuilding in Central African Republic (Micopax in french). Mission of United Nations in Central African Republic and Chad(Minurcat) is in this country. And Eufor which will be transformed to United Nations forces is near Central African Republic. Despite all these institutions, the case of this country stays worse. Peace, security and stability are invisible. The country continues to stem its conflicts. 

Are these institutions appropriate and suitable to the case of Central African Republic? If yes. Why this country abides in crises today? Doubts are raising. Oberserving this country facing serious and dangerous predicament, what it could be asserted is that  the solution to this crisis depends not upon multinational forces. At the beginning of these crises in 1996, multinational forces were intervened to bring peace. But, no improvements. United Nations have to propose another solution.

What the country needs at that time is freedom, not oppression ; democracy not dictatorship the main cause of this plenty crisis. United Nations have spent lots of money for these multinational forces. As, Bozize regime procrastinates the process of National Inclusive Dialogue, United Nations have to oblige this regime to talk with opposition. United Nations must press Bozize regime to go to dialogue. United Nations have an obligation to restore democracy in Central African Republic.

The purpose of United Nation is to bring peace, and eliminate all menances to the International Community. At that time, Bozize seems a menace to the peace, stability and security in the region of Central Africa. If he opposes to dialogue with opposition it means he prefers plight for the country. He is willing war in Central African Republic. He is a poison for the country. What the United Nations have to do is to draw out all support to him. Central African Republicrefuses civil war, genocide, mass-murder.

There is no hope for peace in Central African Republic with Bozize on the Power of State. United Nations have to know that, they could transform, change, reinforce the capacity of  multinational forces, but it is not a solution to the crises this country bears. United Nations must find another way to build peace and to manage good governance. If not they will fail. The country will plunge in gloom and doom. Central African Republic needs to change.

La Centrafrique ne peut que douter de la capacité des Nations Unies à trouver une solution à ses crises. Il est vrai, au travers ses institutions, les Nations Unies sont présentes dans le pays. De l'humanitaire, aux forces de la consolidation de  paix, bien cette paix n'est pas encore maintenue!! Et même elle est introuvable. Les mots valent leur contenu c'est-à-dire leur signification. Et ce, en liaison avec les réalités.des faits. Ô non, jamais, il n'est question de nier l'importance des Nations Unies en Centrafrique. 

Mais il s'agit de douter de l'efficacité et de la raison de ses forces multinationales dans ce pays. La force multinationale  de la communauté économique et monétaire en centrale (Fomuc) depuis mue en (Micopax); mission de la consolidation de la paix en République Centrafricaine ; (Minurcat), mission des nations unies en République Centrafricaine et au Tchad, enfin l'Eufor qui à côté de la Centrafrique, et devra se muer en force des nations unies composée de six mille militaires.

Des transformations qui n'apportent pas de solution à la question centrafricaine. Des solutions militaires qui jusque là se sont révélées inefficaces et inappropriées. Les Nations Unies devront reformuler leur politique dans ce pays pour asseoir la démocratie. Justement, c'est pour elle que la Centrafrique se bat contre le régime Bozizé, une dictature. 

Si les Nations Unies au travers ses forces multinationales n'ont pas pu stabiliser ce pays ; c'est que le régime de Bozizé y est pour beaucoup. Ce régime s'oppose à toute ouverture avec l'opposition. Un régime qui refuse le dialogue national ou fait semblant de l'accepter mais traîne les pieds. C'est Bozizé et son régime qui constituent les obstacles au retour de la liberté.

Donc, les Nations Unies doivent cesser d'apporter son soutien à ce régime. Il constitue une menace pour la paix, la sécurité et la stabilité de la région  Ainsi, une nouvelle solution doit être pensée : Changement à la tête de l'Etat. C'est la solution que veut la Centrafrique pour se débarrasser du mal. La Centrafrique ne peut plus croire aux Nations Unies si le régime Bozizé se perpétue. Il fait mal ce régime. Il est une honte pour la Communauté Internationale et la Centrafrique.
