LA CENTRAFRIQUE EXHORTE par Joseph-Nestor Ouamba-Patas

 "For the success of the Inclusive National Dialogue on the crises of Central African Republic, its political forum should take place outside of this country. Libreville could welcome this forum regarding the output of the recent political agreement."

 Corrections are more better than a make up. Progress, prosperity and change are in corrections.

It is better for man to wonder in which direction he wants to proceed in order to succeed its projects. And when man used to watch himself in the mirror, so his face ;  here he tries to correct something wrong on his skin or to appreciate his beauty. In the first case correction must be done to keep in good health the skin. In the latter it is to manage for making up.This assertive is right for man. It could be acted for country or many cases. Central African Republic is in the needs of deep correction. Politicians are in crises.

The country itself bears long suffering, diseases, poverty, civil war, crimes, coups d'Etat, obvious violation of Human Rights. Its predicaments are severe. From  Bozize's regime, citizens have darkness, insecurity, instability and despair. Central African Republic is in dictatorship. To end civil war, dictatorship, nepotism ; correction  must be made. For that, the representative of United Nation is set in the country, Inclusive National Dialogue a forum which should provide correction or solution, policymakers must talk.

Yet, as Central African Republic is sinking like a boat in the river under the influence of storm, politicians have to talk. The Uninted Nation representative this country, Mr Fall  knows Central African Republic could not organise the Inclusive National Dialogue on its territory : It is a matter of security.  Central African Republic at that moment is a trap to opposition  members  who are in asylum.  Mr Fall should  propose Libreville to Bozize  It is a wise proposal and a way of success and responsibility. It is true Central African Republic deserves corrections. And citizens require corrections which symbolise improvements.

To have these gains, policymakers, politicians the whole politics establishment must participate in this forum. To get this country out its crises, Mr Fall will emphasise on the fact that Libreville can welcome the political dialogue. Doing so will bring fruits for the country. It is a way of correction. But, organizing this dialogue in Central African Republic ; it will be a make up, so a failure. At that time all the country will plunge in the cycle of horror. Central African Republic calls Mr Fall to convince Bozize's regime to accept Libreville where the Inclusive National Dialogue could be set.

La  Centrafrique, au travers le régime Bozizé est devenue un laboratoire politique où l'on observe la désinvolture, la nonchalance et la mauvaise foi. C'est normal puisque le régime Bozizé est issu d'un coup d'Etat. Ainsi, quand un homme décide de s'observer dans un miroir, c'est qu'il veut corriger une mal-formation sur son visage ou sur sa peau, ou encore c'est pour apprécier sa beauté et se maquiller. Là, il se pose des questions. Alors, cette équation qui est applicable à l'homme peut s'étendre dans tous les domaines, notamment à la République Centrafricaine. 

Ce pays doit subir des corrections en profondeur en raison  des malheurs qui cessent de l'investir coup d'Etat, crimes ou assassinats politiques, guerre civile, épidémies, violation des Droits de l'Homme;  une  économie exsangue alors que la croissance économique de  l'Afrique Centrale est en hausse. Enfin la Centrafrique doit vider tous ces handicaps.   Ainsi  un dialogue est nécessaire mais à condition que celui-ci se fasse à l'extérieur. Et, Libreville serait une bonne proposition. Libreville parce que tous les opposants politiques pourront participer aux débats. Ils seront en sécurité.

Donc, ils seront obligés de proposer des solutions aux crises de la Centrafrique. Ils vont corriger les défauts de la Centrafrique. Pour ce faire, Mr Fall doit exhorter le régime Bozizé à organiser le forum politique à Libreville. C'est question de compatibilité laquelle met en évidence le problème des structures. Le régime Bozizé ne peut pas garantir la sécurité de ses opposants politiques à Bangui.  Mr Fall  représentant des Nations Unies le sait mieux que quiconque.

Donc, pour corriger les maux de la Centrafrique qui sont d'ailleurs ceux des politiques, le Dialogue Inclusif National doit se dérouler à l'étranger.  L'organiser en Centrafrique serait un maquillage. Et le maquillage ne  résiste jamais. Il  se défait. C'est pourquoi il faut éviter ce maquillage. La Centrafrique mérite une correction en profondeur. Mr Fall doit peser sur cet aspect de la réalité. Ainsi la Centrafrique exhorte le régime Bozizé et Mr Fall d'opter pour Libreville où l'on peut corriger la Centrafrique.
