LES IMAGINAIRES ACQUIS DE LA DEMOCRATIE DANS LA CEMAC

 "For re-establishing rule of Law and democracy in Central African Republic; it is compulsory to organize Inclusive National Dialogue. This, should be taken place abroad. And, Libreville the capital of Gabon is well-indicated even if its President Omar Bongo had given support to overcome freedom by coup d'Etat in Central African Republic. He must be implied in the process of peace, law and order in this country."   

Cemac has not yet the vested of democracy. In this region there is difficult to define democracy. On the eve of globalisation with its characteristics such as reforms, modernisation, innovation, promotion of struggle against poverty, many States over the world identify or recognize themselves in this move. Process to reach and appropriate values of freedom and democracy ; it is so good to make part of these global values. For that, action is better more than being talkative for nothing. And, States which compose the Monetary Economic Community in Central Africa are talkative for nothing about this move on freedom and democracy. Cameroon pleases evoking democracy vested, but its citizens do not enjoy Human Rights, and they quit their country because of the oppression practise by the Power of State. Chad by the way claims also living in democracy and without shame requires vested of democracy. No one has not yet taste to Chad democracy.

But this country is an example of the regime which expand the blood of its citizens. In Guinea Equatorial, members of the government call democratic their regime. Meanwhile, its citizens need to enter in the trend of modernity. It means officials in this country do not accept change. So, in Gabon, look with comments, more forty one years Omar Bongo is on Power of State as president. It is so pitiful that he says its country is in democracy. In Congo-Brazzaville, to be true saying that freedom is setting in, it is a big mistake. Those who find vested of democracy in this country are surely blind or suffered from myopia.

Then Central African Republic, the invocation of democracy vested is right. This country  had known democracy, experimented and implemented it. Central African Republic detains roots of democracy. But, these are overcome by coup organised by Bozize now on the head of this country. Now the sense of freedom is ignored  by Bozize and his regime. Democracy faces to real danger. If Bozize remains on the Power of State. Observing Central African Republic now, it is right to this country is in dystopia. Yet, as a bicycle chain, all these countries have a gangrenous of oppression. Democracy is a fake. Freedom is a pure imagination of those who govern these countries. It is not suitable to say States of Monetary and Economic Community in Central Africa have democracy vested. Something is to be done in order to turn these countries in the values of modernity. 

To get prosperity, stability and  sustainable rule of Law Cemac States should be confident in their capacity to act in the scopes which could bear them to improve their citizens standards of living. Cemac States could not be decoupled from global economy or global policy order It means that they do proclaim freedom and democracy, making efforts to put them in execution. Since colonization epoch until now Cemac States have not yet vested of democracy. To succeed they must rely on their own way of thinking to create common ideas reservoir. Cemac States are rich. Cemac zone is full of resources. It is an opportunity to use democracy and freedom in order to get change in this region.

La Communauté Economique et Monétaire de l'Afrique Centrale ne peut se faire valoir des acquis de la démocratie à l'heure actuelle. C'est faux que d'entendre des politiciens de la zone Cemac évoquer les acquis de la démocratie. D'ailleurs  personne ne les voit. Ils sont imaginaires et n'existent que dans le subconscient des politiciens. Alors que la globalisation imprime son rythme de progression, ses règles de comportement et son objectif à atteindre les Etats de la Cemac ne sont pas encore appropriés les notions de la modernité, de la réforme ou d'adaptation. S'il faut dire une la globalisation ; c'est la démocratie version simplifiée sur fond de changement  par définition. Le Cameroun ne peut invoquer la démocratie. Son régime autoritaire, galvanisé par l'oppression dément tous ceux qui y trouvent des acquis de la démocratie.

Le Tchad qui se dit une démocratie n'est que l'ombre maléfique de celle-ci parce que tout simplement le Pouvoir de l'Etat est dans les mains d'un sanguinaire qui répand le sang de ses citoyens. La Guinée Equatoriale qui proclame la démocratie est son  fossoyeur. Le pays n'a jamais connu la démocratie pour qu'aujourd'hui les membres du régime au Pouvoir de l'Etat trouvent des acquis de la démocratie.

Le Gabon, voyez vous-même, Omar Bongo est à la tête du Pouvoir de l'Etat depuis quarante et un ans. Il n'y a pas lieu d'ajouter un mot. Comprenez cela vous-même : où sont les acquis de la démocratie? Et le Congo-Brazzaville la liberté n'y est pas. La démocratie est loin de la culture de son chef d'Etat.

Enfin la Centrafrique ; elle a des acquis de la démocratie. Elle a des racines dans la démocratie. Mais, le coup d'Etat de Bozizé a ébranlé ces acquis. Et le régime Bozizé écrase la démocratie et la liberté. Il est inapproprié de qualifier la Centrafrique sous le régime de Bozizé d'une démocratie.

Cela dit, comme une chaîne motrice de bicyclette, les Etats de la Cemac sont tous des  régimes d'oppression, qui méprisent les Droits de l'Homme. C'est du mensonge que de parler des acquis de la démocratie dans ces Etats. C'est une caricature insolente à l'égard des démocrates. C'est dire que la Cemac doit se moderniser au travers les valeurs de la liberté et de la démocratie. La Cemac doit  s'approprier ces valeurs. Elles sont porteuses de progrès, de stabilité et de paix. Cela dit, c'est un devoir pour la Cemac d'intégrer ces valeurs dans sa civilisation pour se transformer et changer. La Cemac n'a pas besoin des acquis imaginaires de la démocratie. Elle exige le concret, le réel et la prospérité. Pour ce faire elle doit pratiquer la démocratie et chérir la liberté.
